We want you to love what you order from Decal Venue. We sell two kinds of products, and each has its own policy. Questions? Use our contact form or email hey@decalvenue.com, and please include your order number.
Vinyl Stickers (shipped to you)
Returns
Unopened sticker packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Packs must be unopened and in their original condition.
To start a return, contact us through the contact form with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. The buyer pays return shipping. Your refund is issued for the price of the stickers once the return arrives. The original shipping charge is not refunded.
Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item or quantity, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only.
Shipping is a $5.99 flat rate per order. US orders over $35 ship free.
Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days by USPS, with tracking. You will get an email with your tracking number once USPS scans the package.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Sticker orders can be cancelled until they ship.
Digital Design Packs (instant download)
Digital files are delivered instantly, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads.
If you have trouble downloading or opening a file, contact us and we will help.
Every design pack includes a commercial-use license. See the license PDF included with your download.
Payments
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Some regions also offer Klarna or Afterpay.
Refund Timing
PayPal refunds usually appear within 24 business hours. Credit card refunds can take 7 to 10 business days.
